22 June 05    REGIME FEE AUTOMATIC DEBIT -  PAI has arranged for automatic debit for all owners who wish to have Regime Fees automatically debited from their checking account.  The necessary forms are available for download.  Just click on the links to the RIGHT and print out the forms.  Just follow the instructions and send the forms back to PAI at your convenience.  One form is a Word document, the other is an Acrobat (.pdf) form...BOTH ARE IDENTICAL and you don't need to download both of them.
     As a general rule, if PAI has someone's information in our office by the 10th of the month, the draft would be in place for the following month.
          For Example:  forms submitted and received in PAI's office by 6 June PAI would be able to automatically draft the July Regime Fee....the OWNER would have to pay the JUNE fee as usual.
